The Ginger Hen's Back

I've been away for 11 days and I can't figure out what to say..In fact, I don't know what to start with...
It's been tough these last weeks and I'm all on edge. A list of all the things going wrong might help (you & me ) to understand:
- My health problems (don't know if I should say 'minor' or 'serious 'ones) are causing us much trouble and distress.
- Like the 2 previous years, I'll have to wait till late August to know where I'll be teaching in September.
- My pupils are very excited and absolutely not in the mood for working.
- The plumber's caused us more problems than he solved.
- M.D Junior and I had to take important decisions, difficult decisions , I should say. Now, we must stick to our resolutions:-S
- Our doggy's going through a series of health problems.

Now that a few things are listed, I realize that my biggest problem is ANXIETY. Nothing seems to calm me down (sport, reading, xxxing) and that's probably why I feel lost.

BUT (there's a but indeed), I need to keep in mind that there are SO MANY THINGS GOING WELL in our life (thanks Autumn). Being no Christian believer should not prevent me from being a 'witty' person.
Here's what I'm grateful for:
- my family (the one I was born with and the one I chose) and my friends ( real & cyber)
- my lover (for loving me, being so patient , making me mad...:-)
- my job (I love teaching)
- our comforting home
- you reading my posts and supporting me
- the pile of books helping me going through my insomnia :-)
I shall stop now. I think you've had enough of my prattle!
Complaining makes me feel guilty.

Me plaindre me fait me sentir coupable.

Take it as easy as possible I should say ! Well, feeling is the same in here! To many things to think about and to talk about, but no words to write. It's in the inside ... Personal inside ... Thinking of you ..., Much luv !

I indulged in a great deal of complaining today on the old blog and feel a bit guilty about it myself. But I gotta tell you, I'm in the same boat with my class and my teaching future, so there's someone out here feeling your pain! It'll all end soon... enjoy what you can of it.

Bisous Patty...
